Shipping and Return Policy
Opulence Hair Extensions prides itself in customer service. We want to do our part to be as helpful as we can to all of our customers in any case. That is why we are happy to help with in-store credits if the products were not the color, length or application tip you had thought. All returns for in-store credits need to be done within 10 days of when the product was shipped. The products will have a 100% value credit put on your account as long as the products have not been tampered with and the hair packages have not been opened or folded. All in-store credits must be used within the 10 days the return is made. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Opulence unless it was an error on Opulence Inc.'s behalf. We hope this is helpful for you if the color wasn't what you expected.
Before products can be returned and shipped back to Opulence, you will need to call the office (801-302-1555) to get the appropriate information to receive your in-store credit and shipping details. Products shipped without authorization codes will not be accepted.
NOTE: Colors may be seen differently on your computer screens than they are in reality, to avoid this mistake you may order a color ring first or you are welcome to call us with any questions due to the color of extensions. We do not guarantee even after talking with an Opulence educator it will be the right color. But we will be happy to offer our suggestions and knowledge to you.

Opulence Hair Extensions offers a 30 day warranty on all hair extension tools due to manufacture defects. We will send you a new tool free of shipping if it is within the 30 days of when the tool was purchased. Please note this warranty is only on tools that Opulence Hair Extensions offers and sales from our web sites. We do not permit or endorse any other locations selling Opulence Hair Inc.s products. All policies and procedures will only apply to Opulence endorsed sites. Once again, this warranty does not apply to human or synthetic hair purchases. Those types of products fall under the above descriptions listed under "Return Policy".
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
The training DVD and any products that have been opened, damaged or used in the care of the customer cannot be refunded.
Opulence Hair Inc. offers Priority Mail, Express Mail, and FedEx Next Day. All orders are sent within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). To allow the appropriate time frame for shipping, Priority Mail is usually 2-5 business days and during the Holiday Seasons it may take longer. We inform you of this so you may set a proper expectation with your clients. Opulence is not responsible for lost or stolen mail, we will do everything we can on your behalf but the post office is their own entity.
FedEx Next Day Guaranteed shipping is available. But in order to take advantage of this shipping you must call our office as it cannot be selected from the website. This is to ensure that we know about it and can take every effort to make sure FedEx receives your package on time. Please be aware that this service is $75 per package.
Express Mail service is usually next day for many areas. BUT, there are also many areas were it is a two day delivery. It is a mistake on the part of the Post Office if Expressed items take long than two days and this occurrence is very rare.
